At CSL we are committed to a market leading service and experience for each and every one of our many customers. Most of our customers never experience our aftersales care but where necessary we take it as one of the best opportunities we have in which to demonstrate that at CSL, we do much more than just sell sofas.

 

The need for service on any product is unfortunate but CSL are endeavouring to make service, where needed, a pleasure too. Inevitably, things will happen to furniture through normal use or accidents and some items will fail in some way during their lifetime. Our service teams are there to help and support you and our products on these such occasions.

 

Had an accident?

Our service team are also on hand for your unfortunate accidents with your sofas. It is not uncommon for accidents to happen such as spillages, pet damage, over zealous children or general life events that cause damage to a living room sofa. Where you chose not to have our SofaShield service, we can offer low cost service to repair most problems. Please contact customer service for details.
