At CSL we are almost unique in operating after sales care totally in house, with our own customer services team based in Oswaldtwistle, where the success rate for settling customer concerns quickly and efficiently is one of the best in our industry. Our success in this area is down to the customer focused approach we adopt and the quick, professional, efficient responses our advisors can give.

As a CSL Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for handling a variety of incoming and outgoing calls and are expected to use your initiative to offer positive solutions for both the customer and CSL. You will need a confident approach to communication, be able to adopt a sensitive and empathetic approach to situations, the ability to work under pressure and organise a busy workload. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
