Our 5 year guarantee

Every structural component of your new sofas and chairs is covered comprehensively by our 5 year warranty. Specifically all framework, joints, springs and suspension system are warrantied for a period of a full 5 years by CSL.

Excluding normal fair wear and tear and all covering fabrics, leather and fillings, this means that should any structural component of your furniture fail during normal use it will be repaired free-of charge by CSL for a period of 5 years (subject to our terms and conditions).

Your duty of care

As with any warranty or protection, in offering this service we assume proper care of your furniture by reference to your care instructions, normal use in a domestic environment and no abuse from pets, children or any other source.

Protection from everyday stains and accidents

In addition to your 5 year guarantee, we realise that there are many occasions where inadvertant damage can occur to upholstery. With this in mind CSL offer our own Sofashield service. This is an additional service, designed to protect you from having to live with the result of everyday stains or accidents and to keep your furniture looking at it's best.

This service is charged on a per seat basis and protects you for 5 years from the date of delivery of your new sofa. (Only available before delivery is made)
