Whilst we only supply quality products and service, there will inevitably be a need for after sales service on some products within their lifetime. This can be a failure of some sort or an accident on your behalf. Should your furniture require service at any stage in its lifetime, CSL is almost unique operating after sales care totally in house, with our own call centre and technicians. Available for advice as well as service, our service department is customer focussed and there to help.
Every one of our products is serviced by our internal team of well trained, skilled technicians. This means that we control everything from the first call to the end solution. This has meant that we now lead the industry in both response and solution timescales.
Indeed a technician, skilled in all aspects of upholstery and leather will normally be with you in your home within 2-3 days of your first call to us and will solve any issue on his first visit in over 75% of cases.
